Itis in this regards that I can say that I have always aimed for the most challenging things so I accepted the challenge and the joy that entitle to become a medical doctor.
Since I started medical school I was fascinated by the physiologic sciences. I recognized that knowing facts from memory was not my biggest quality. Physiology requires a good abstraction capacity but the basics relyin knowing why and how things happen. Once you really understand the fundamentals fact memorization takes second place. This is the area of biologic sciences that I like and I identify myself with. Soon in my career I was elected as a professor assistant to teach new medical students physiology practices. Needles to say the one I enjoyed the most was the cardiac physiology. I was fascinated by the fact that this amazing system has its own pace electrical activity that activate a series of events that ultimately results in pumping of blood throughout the body. Early in my career I realized that I wanted expand my knowledge in the cardiovascular system and I soon decided that I wanted to be a cardiologist.
