Question 1: What are your next steps in your profession to create structures and supports that will amplify the impact and importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice? Include examples of structures and supports you will create.

Question 2: What are the next steps in your profession to grow as a reflective practitioner? Include examples of structures and supports you will create.

 For each question, answer the following prompts:

· Which of those steps will be the easiest to achieve? Explain how. 

· Where might you struggle (internal or external), or what obstacles might you face? Share strategies or resources you might use to overcome these obstacles and struggles.

· What can you do now to navigate the road ahead with the most success? Who and what will you need?
