My goal is to become an excellent nurse educator, as I believe this is where experienced nursing professionals can provide the greatest good for the future. By becoming a nurse educator, I’ll have the opportunity to play a role in shaping the future of nursing by ensuring that students are being well-educated and expertly prepared for the practice and advancement of nursing. I hope to create a culture for learning and development that will leave my students feeling empowered and confident. Whatever knowledge and experiences I have been able to share with my students I hope to help them to evolve their own nursing identity into the future and in doing so elevate the profession.
