Do you think you were prepared adequately for your role? ? What are positive and negative aspects of your position? ? What are your personal philosophy/goals/visions related to your current position? ? What do you think is your most significant challenge of your role? What are you doing to overcome the specified challenge? ? What is your overall impression about your role within the organization? ? If you could change any aspect of your role, what would that be?
